Video Game Testers Needed!

We are developing a new game called Empiric Empire. We are looking for volunteer need beta testers to play through the game before we roll it out to classrooms.

We’re looking for people who are willing to play through what we’ve got in the game to date (it will probably take 30 minutes or so – less time you might spend to watching some random show on on Netflix) and let us know if you find any bugs.

Why do a few bugs matter? Almost all of the schools and programs 7 Generation Games works with are Title I schools, meaning a large number (in some of the case 99% or more) of the kids who attend the school are from low income households. And in almost every program we work with the kids are behind grade level – in the case of the students using Empiric Empire, they’re often years behind by the time they get to middle school (the focus of this game). So when they sit down to play a game to help them with their math, the last thing we want is to put a buggy product in their hands that will force them to spend valuable classroom time troubleshoot technology instead of learning math.

This is a great opportunity to get an understanding of the game testing process, see a game before anyone else, get free access to our lineup of games (as a thank you!) and be part of helping make a better game to help kids.

There’s no age limit as long as you can do 6th grade level math – or even great for kids who might be working on 6th grade math!
