Study Purpose: Design and test an app to help people with mental health issues get services.
In this study, participants will:
During a private, 60-minute session, use a mobile phone app to enter data on current mood, symptoms and needs and get recommendation for services. These data will be recorded anonymously. Install the app provided on your phone and use at your convenience for three months.
Participants will be asked questions about:
·The ease of use of the app
·Any features of the app that you found difficult to use or understand
You are eligible for this study if you meet all of the following criteria:
- Age 18-50
- Reside on Turtle Mountain or Spirit Lake Reservation
- Have been diagnosed with depression, an anxiety or substance use disorder.
